  • How long does it take for a cleaning?
    Every project is unique and different! This is why we charge by the type of cleaning, instead of hourly. Most standard cleanings can be under 4 hours. We can give you a better estimate when we come out to your location and give you a free quote. Call us today to get your free in home estimate.
  • Do you also use chemical free cleaning solutions as well?
    Yes! We also offer using chemical free cleaning solutions that will kill germs and bacteria! Just request this option during the time of estimate!
  • I need cleaning services every week is this possible?
    We sure can! You can book as many cleanings as you want anytime!
  • Do you charge to do an estimate?
    Nope! We can give you an online estimate for free. We may charge for an on-site walk through if it is needed.
  • Do we have to sign a contract?
    Yes, but the contract is not a commiment contract to stay wit us , it only states our policy, cancleations, products we use and payment that we will sign before we were to add you to the schedule protect you as the client and also Clean It Best.
  • Do you do windows?
    Yes, we sure do! This is included in our Deep Cleaning pacakge!
  • What if I have pets?
    That's no problem! Just make sure they are put away in a place that our crew won't access while we are there.
  • What should I do when your cleaning crew arrives?
    Ask any questions you have and let us know what needs to be done. If your needs go beyond the original package you purchased, we will upgrade the package for the regular fee to best meet your cleaning needs.
  • What will your crew NOT do?
    We will not wash laundry, clean up pet feces, clean garages, move big furniture, or wash outside windows for Residential Cleanings. We will do windows for Commerical Cleanings, depending on the services we agreed on during the estimate.

We accept Cash, Cash App, and credit and debit cards through Square.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you schedule an appointment with Clean It Best, we will ensure arrival at the designated time and place. In the event you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If cancellation is less than a 24 hour notice, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment, however, that will be subject to open availability.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We are confident that you will be happy with our services and if you are not, please call us within 24 hours of a cleaning and we will ensure that we do our best to reach a resolution as fitting.

 

Please take into consideration certain materials such as rugs, walls, and other surfaces that are deeply stained may be cleaned, but stain remains.We do our best from the surface area with our cleaning solutions. For deeply embedded stains, it will vary which stains can be lifted and which cannot.
